1. Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 18500 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 18500 platform.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors browsing the site, registered members, and active users making transactions. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 18500 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to close any account found to be in violation of this age requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 18500 platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different identities is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 18500 support team immediately.
Responsibilities and Rules of Use
Users are prohibited from using the 18500 platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform. The use of automation software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the betting system is strictly prohibited.
Users are also prohibited from sharing accounts, selling or transferring accounts to another party, or using an account belonging to someone else. Any breach of these rules may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed without compensation for any remaining balance.
3. Payment Information, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the 18500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly, and any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the user.
Deposits are processed via supported local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go (TNG), and approved e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited within minutes upon confirmation.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and the applicable processing times.
All financial transactions are protected with encryption. Users are advised not to share their bank account information or card details with anyone, including customer support representatives.
18500 reserves the right to hold or review any suspicious transaction for user protection and regulatory compliance purposes. Should there be any discrepancy in a transaction record, users must report it within 30 days of the transaction date.
4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

18500 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses, service disruptions due to technical issues beyond our control, or data loss resulting from the user's own actions.
In the event the platform is inaccessible due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure, 18500 bears no liability for any missed betting opportunities. Users are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing any bets.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 18500 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 18500 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reuse any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 18500 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or sports data providers. 18500 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third-party services.
Users who access third-party services through the 18500 platform do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service. Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly between the user and the third party.
18500 does not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of any third-party services integrated into the platform.
5. Account Policy, Suspension and Closure
18500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or for security reasons. In such cases, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 18500 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures once identity verification is complete.
Accounts that have been inactive for a consecutive period exceeding 12 months may be subject to inactivity maintenance fees or automatic closure in accordance with the platform's current policy. Users will be notified via their registered email before any action is taken on their inactive account.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
18500 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform users via in-platform notices or email when significant changes are made. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the most current version of the terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 18500 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution process under Malaysian jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
